Production time for custom dresses is approximately 5 weeks, with an optional DHL EXPRESS upgrade at Checkout for 7-10 business day delivery. In-stock dresses are processed in 2-3 business days and delivered in 7-10 business days via DHL EXPRESS. Minor alterations may be needed for a perfect fit.

Due to the unique and time-sensitive nature of these garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy is in place to uphold the quality and integrity of our collections and to ensure fairness to all our customers. Each dress is carefully inspected prior to shipping to meet our high standards.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy:

We will gladly consider return requests in the following circumstances only:


Merchandise received with a factory defect
Merchandise incorrectly shipped
