Custom & Couture Orders

Many items sold on Blush Kids Luxury Couture are custom made-to-order and specially produced based on the customer’s selected size, color, and design preferences. Due to the custom nature of these garments, all sales are final.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated production and shipping timeframes provided on our website, through email, or by customer service are approximate and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Production timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers purchasing gowns or special occasion attire for time-sensitive events acknowledge that they are accepting the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Blush Kids Luxury Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, international transit interruptions, or unforeseen production delays from designers or manufacturers.

Wear Dates

Customers are strongly encouraged to provide their wear/event date at checkout. Failure to provide an accurate wear date may limit our ability to properly prioritize or advise regarding production timelines.

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order. Size charts provided on the website are intended as a guide only.

Blush Kids Luxury Couture highly recommends professional measurements for all special occasion garments.

Please note that minor alterations may still be required for the perfect fit.

Color Variations

Actual garment colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, fabric dye lots, and screen resolutions.

Blush Kids Luxury Couture cannot guarantee exact color matching.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of special occasion and couture garments, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Any issues regarding damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the issue.

Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

Order Refusal & Fraud Protection

Blush Kids Luxury Couture reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or verify any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or suspicious billing/shipping discrepancies.

Product Images & Styling Accessories

Some product images may include accessories, petticoats, tiaras, veils, capes, wings, gloves, or styling pieces used for photography purposes. Unless specifically stated in the product description, accessories are sold separately.
