We are offering FREE SHIPPING (one address per order) on all orders $200 or more for shipping to continental United States. (This excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & Virgin Islands). We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority or Express Mail unless otherwise specified. Free ground shipping on orders over $200 or more (can take up to 7 - 10 working days in transit). Signature on delivery and insurance are not included.
In a hurry to get your order? We offer UPS NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, 3 DAY AIR service on all in-stock items. We also offer other shipping choices for our Custom Couture collection of dresses which typically ships from our vendors warehouse directly to you our customer.
Please note that it takes one to two business days to process your order depending on what time of the day it is ordered. For example: If you order on Monday after 11am EST in the morning, the order would process on Tuesday with approximate ship on Wednesday. The only way that you would receive the order by Friday would be by selecting 2nd day air service. If you selected 3 day shipping, it would expect to arrive on Monday after the weekend. For an order to ship the day after it was ordered, it must be placed before 11am Eastern Time for it to process that day and ship the next day. Any order that is placed after 11am EST will process the following business day and ship the next business day. Please keep in mind that UPS does not count the day of pick-up as a day of transit.
Please remember that some shipments may require additional time in transit depending upon location. Please remember that Special Order Items require additional time as these items are being shipped directly from the manufacturer to our store before they're being shipped to your address.
Please allow 2 - 7 business days for shipping merchandise that is in stock. Production time for our CUSTOM DRESSES is approximately 5 weeks, with an optional DHL, FEDEX OR UPS EXPRESS upgrade at Checkout for 7-10 business day delivery. In-stock custom dresses are processed in 2-3 business days and delivered in 7-10 business days via DHL, FEDEX OR UPS EXPRESS if this option is selected at checkout. For RUSH CUT ORDERS directly from the manufacturer to our store an additional charge is required in addition to other shipping charges which may thereafter incur.
Please remember that UPS does not deliver to a PO Box address. You must have a physical address.

Thank you for choosing Blush Kids Luxury Couture. As a specialty online boutique offering exclusive special occasion wear, all of our dresses are considered special orders—whether in stock or custom-made. Due to the unique and time-sensitive nature of these garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in place to uphold the quality and integrity of our collections and to ensure fairness to all our customers. Each dress is carefully inspected prior to shipping to meet our high standards.
IMPORTANT: All orders require an event date at checkout. Orders (in-stock and custom made) begin processing within 48 hours and cannot be canceled, changed, or guaranteed for timely delivery if no wear date is provided.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy: We will gladly consider return requests in the following circumstances only:
Merchandise received with a factory defect
Merchandise incorrectly shipped
If you believe your order qualifies for a return based on the criteria above, please email us at customersupport@blushkids.com within 2 business days of receiving your item (as confirmed by the tracking number).
Your email must include:
Your order number
The reason for return
Clear photos of the item showing the damage or incorrect merchandise
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, as no exceptions can be made outside of the conditions noted above.
Event Date and Order Processing Policy:
Customers are required to provide their event (wear) date at the time of placing their order. This allows us to review production timelines and advise accordingly. Orders—both in-stock and custom—are processed within 48 hours and enter production immediately. Blush Kids is not responsible for late delivery or timeline issues if an event date is not provided at checkout.
Cancellations:
Blush Kids offers a 24 hr cancellation window for all products. However, the following conditions apply. Within 24 hours of order placement, you may cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
After 48 hours: Cancellations are not permitted, as most of our products are made to order and are already by now in production and cannot be cancelled.
If you need to make an exception, please contact our team at customersupport@blushkids.com If accepted: Refunds will be issued only in the form of a store credit with no expiration date. A 20% deduction will apply for refunds. For customization orders, a 50% deduction will apply, and the refund will be issued only as a store credit for future use.
Merchandise Inspection:
Please note upon shipping we carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store, to make sure that it is the correct style, size, and color that you ordered, with no damage or defect. Hence, we strongly suggest that the recipients of any packages received should check their merchandise and call us immediately to report any damages or issues with their order.
Damaged In Transit:
If merchandise arrives damaged please REFUSE it back to the carrier making the delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record so that Blush Kids can file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box with the packing material it arrived in, and immediately notify Blush Kids to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Blush Kids of any damaged goods within the first 2 business days our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Wear Date:
Please remember to submit your real wear date and or the last date you can have your item arrive in our Comment Section on our Checkout Page.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs And/Or Brokerage Fees:
Blush Kids.com cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local government. All prices on our site are shown in US Dollars.

Size Charts are provided to assist you with selecting the best size. Remember that size charts are provided by the manufacturers and are the approximate measurements of their entire line and not necessarily the exact measurement of each style. Measurements will vary based on style and manufacturer. Alterations may be necessary to perfect fit so please plan ahead and allow plenty of time. Please note that color of garment may appear different on every monitor. We try to represent the color shown the best way possible.
