An illusion open back, 3/4 lace sleeves and a full layered floor length tulle skirt completes this stunning flower girl dress. The pictured dress has a petticoat that's recommended for the best volume. Crinoline is not attached or sewn to the dress, but will be shipped separately along with the dress.
